Sweet Guys began as a dream to create a sugar arts business
that would encourage the customer to indulge in his/her
favorite sweet treat. Co-owners Peter Gibson & Paul Caswell
have combined their creative talents, work ethics, and years of
business experience to provide central Floridians and beyond
with high-quality, affordable treats.
Born in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Illinois,
Peter relocated to central Florida to work for the Walt
Disney World Resort.  He has experience in
merchandise, corporate communications, event
planning, labor, scheduling, and operations.

In his spare time, Peter likes to read, travel, work on
the house, watch movies, play games, and work with
and create new ways to use chocolate.

Peter is a proud member of the International Cake
Exploration Societe'.
Hailing from Coeyman Hollow, New York (southern Albany
County), Paul is a resource teacher for the Orange County
Public Schools. Holding numerous certifications in two
states, along with teaching just about every grade pre-K
through 12, Paul also is an instrumentalist, a volunteer,
and a former owner of a tax preparation & small-business
bookkeeping service.  

In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading, watching movies,
and learning all he can about the sugar arts.  He gets
excited about trying new methods and creating numerous
renditions from one idea.

A proud new member if the International Cake Exploration
Societe', Paul just attended his first I.C.E.S. convention in
Orlando, FL.
